Gear crane wheels are widely used in various lifting and transportation equipment, especially large-tonnage equipment, such as LD single-girder cranes, loading bridges, dam crest gantry cranes, container cranes, port machinery, etc. The transmission is directly meshed, and the gear hanging wheel has the characteristics of high transmission efficiency and large torque.
Kingrail Parts has the ability to provide European and non-standard gears according to customer requirements. Wheel materials are 42CrMo4, AISI4140, 41Cr4, A504, SSW-Q1R and other high-quality forged steel or cast steel. Gear materials are 45#, 40Cr, 42crmo.
The gears are mainly standard module gears, and inch gears and inner bore DIN5480 spline gears are also available.
The gear adopts the quenching and tempering heat treatment process to ensure the strength and toughness of the gear, as well as the comprehensive mechanical properties of the gear. Some gears adopt surface quenching and tempering heat treatment process, and the surface hardness of gears can reach HRC40-55, which can improve the hardness of gears, increase the wear resistance of gears, and prolong the service life.
