We have advanced supporting facilities, including a 10,000-ton and a 3,500-ton open-die forging hydraulic press, an 8-ton, a 5-ton, and a 3-ton forging hammer, and a 9,000mm and a 5,000mm ring rolling machine.

Our forgings meet international standards such as JB/GB/EN/DIN/JIS/ASME/ASTM/ISO. We also perform non-destructive testing (UT, MT, and PT) to ensure product quality.

Kingrail Parts has been approved and certified by classification societies such as ABS, CCS, BV, LR, DNV, GL, KR, NK, and RINA. We also hold the PED Pressure Equipment Production License and the Special Equipment Manufacturing License from TUV.

We can produce forgings with a maximum length of 16 meters and a maximum diameter of 2000 mm. Shaft forgings have a maximum length of 12 meters and a maximum weight of 15 tons, and round forgings have a maximum diameter of 1.9 meters and a maximum weight of 9 tons.
