SPECIFICATIONS :
The function of the crane anchor bolt:
1. Fixed anchor bolt, also known as short anchor bolts, are provided with the foundation, used for fixed equipments, and are not subject to strong vibration and impact.
2. Movable anchor bolt, also known as long anchor bolts, are removable anchor bolts for mechanical equipment for vibration and impact.
3. Bolted anchor bolt are commonly used for simple equipment or auxiliary equipment. The installation of the swelling anchor bolt should meet the following requirements:
(1) The distance between the bolt center and the base edge is not less than 7 times the diameter of the expansion anchor bolts;
(2) The foundation strength of the installation anchor bolts should not be less than 10MPa;
(3) Drilling must not have no cracks to prevent collision with steel bars and buried tubes in the foundation.
(4) The diameter and depth of the drill head should be matched with the expansion anchor bolts.
4. Bonding anchor bolt is a kind of anchor bolts used in recent years. But when you post it, pay attention to blowing the holes in the hole without moisture.
Installation and use of crane anchor bolts:
1. One time embedding method: When pouring concrete, buried the anchor bolts. When the high tower is controlled, the crane bolts should be embedded.
2. Reserve the hole method: After the equipment is in place, clean up the hole in the hole, insert the anchor bolts into the hole, and after the equipment positioning and alignment, use the concrete higher than they would without shrinkage of concrete with fine stones to irrigate, tamping compaction.
3. The distance between the distance between the anchor bolt of the dive center should not be less than the diameter of the 4D anchor bolts (D), and it should not be less than 150mm (d should not be less than 100 mm at 20), not less than half of the width of the anchor board and the width of the anchor plate. 50mm, when the above requirements cannot be met, appropriate measures should be taken to strengthen.
4. The diameter of the structural anchor bolt should not be less than 20mm.
5. When the earthquake is affected, the double nut should be fixed or other effective anti -loose measures should be taken.
