INTRODUCE :

There is a bend at the end of the J-type anchor bolt that can grab the concrete or masonry structure. These types of anchor bolt are usually cast-in-place -which means that they will be inserted immediately after the concrete is poured. The concrete cures, and securing retains the bolts in place.

 

The concrete anchor bolts are used in new buildings to secure the structural wall to the concrete slabs and foundation walls, fix the steel column to the concrete piers, and fix the mechanical to the concrete pad.

SPECIFICATIONS :

J-bolts are embedded in new concrete. The type of this anchor bolt is like a letter J, so it cannot be pulled out of the concrete after the concrete hardening.

 

There are many different lengths of J-Bolt anchor bolt. The most common is 6, 8 and 12 inches long. The top of these bolts has threads, about two inches, and the rest of the bolts are smooth.

 

We use this type of concrete anchor bolt on almost all poured new concrete slabs. After the pouring slab, we returned and sank the anchor bolt into the concrete, so that the thread portion sticking up high enough, so as to fix the wall with the cushion and the nut.
