The raw materials used for wheel assembly are real raw materials that have been thoroughly tested by various testing procedures (such as chemical, physical analysis) before starting processing.

 

Wheel forgings and axles have undergone ultrasonic testing procedures to ensure defect-free production.

 

Wheels have been heat treated to the specified hardness through a quench and temper procedure.
