INTRODUCE :
The end truck, also known as the end carriage or trolley group, is mainly composed of rail wheels, trolley frames, axle pins, pinion shafts, sleeper seats, end brackets and connecting flanges. It is mainly used for the end beam and end beam connecting mechanism of single girder overhead crane, double girder overhead crane, gantry crane, gantry crane; in addition, the end car can also be used for the bearing body or the mechanism that needs to travel, such as electric pallet truck. On the one hand, the end cart can bear the total weight of the crane, etc., on the other hand, it is responsible for its walking.
The selection and design of the trolley set are determined according to the total load of each support and the number of rail wheels. If the crane span is large or the bearing capacity of the beam is small, the number of rail wheels can be increased to reduce wheel pressure. According to the structure type, the trolley group can be divided into welding trolley group, single beam LD drive trolley group and heavy-duty trolley group. Welding trolleys mostly use angular bearing wheelsets; heavy-duty trolleys are made of sheets with a thickness of 90mm or more through CNC one-time forming and cutting, and mostly use 45-degree subdivision wheelsets; LD wheelsets are welded with steel plates, or rectangular steel pipes. It is then processed by a boring machine and finally assembled into a wheel set. The small car group can be equipped with wheels with bearing boxes, wheels with gears and European wheels.
